Our Fall Lovely Happenings lifestyle workshop event took place on Saturday, October 10th! Our second event turned out to be filled with just as much inspiration and creativity as our first. Guests got into the Fall spirit with us at Home Studios in Union Square in NYC. It was simply the perfect girls day filled with every Saturday necessity. Our guests enjoyed all of our lifestyle workshops while sipping mimosas & bloody mary’s and taking unforgettable photos in the photobooth. The day was filled with shopping, learning, laughter, fun, inspiration, raffles, and giveaways!
Fall Fashion Panel
Our “Listen Up” corner kicked off with four inspiring fashion bloggers who discussed Fall Fashion in the form of a panel. Featured on the panel were Dana of Pink Champagne Problems, Katie of Katies Bliss, Hallie of Sleepless in Sequins, and Cara of The Stylephile. We learned all the must-have pieces and new trends to try out for this season. Next our guests had the pleasure of hearing career coach Jill Jacinto’s top 5 tips to take your LinkedIn profile to the next level. NYC fashionista Elena of A New York Love Affair showed us the best ways to remix your wardrobe. Most importantly she taught us how to maximize on using the pieces that most of us already own by mixing and matching them to spice up your look!

You may have recognized Louisa from our first event, except that time she was behind her camera! This time Louisa shared her creative tips on taking better photos as well as the art of photography. Courtney Nejedly of 3flife is the perfect example of a well-rounded NYC girl living life to the fullest. She also knows the struggle of staying on a budget while never missing out on any experiences. This is why she taught our guests budgeting 101 for fashionistas living in NYC!

Olivia, founder of Sweets by Olivia, taught our guests the perfect techniques to “Pimp Your Cupcake!” She gave everyone the confidence to decorate their cupcakes just as precisely as she does with the right icing and the right tools!

Anna of Anna Osgoodby Life + Design led our guests in everyone’s favorite fall activity: pumpkin decorating! Anna brought mini pumpkins for our guests and set up her station like a donut-decorating bar! It is safe to say our guests took home some of the chicest pumpkins that NYC has ever seen.

Leslie, founder of the jewelry line Bleecker + Spring, provided some of her best pieces for sale at our event. She even had her own DIY workshop where guests could create their own customized beaded bracelets to join in on “Bleecker’s Arm Party!”

Pietro provides their customers with the finest leather handbags made here in NYC. At our event not only did they have their beautiful handbags for sale, but they also led a leather-crafting workshop where our guests could create and take home their own tassel key chains and more!

Ana from Bankelok provided our guests with a one of a kind jewelry and accessories selection to purchase. Bankelok is known for their original and creative pieces, and we were blown away by their latest collection!
Michelle
Our talented cousin Michelle has become quite an amazing artist creating realistic illustrations and drawings. Michelle had her artwork for sale as well as on display for our guests to purchase and enjoy.
Thank you to Minted for their lovely Daisy Surprise Art Print. Our guests had the opportunity to win this beautiful piece in our raffle, but one lucky guest actually got to take it home! Check out their site and purchase some new wall art for yourself!
